Most custom goods orders for in stock items ship in 13 business days or less. Group orders will be produced and shipped after the order close date that is determined by the store administrator.

13. What is your return policy?
We will do everything possible to make sure that your order is correct and on time. If there is a problem, you have 60 days from the delivery date of the order to return the order and in the case of defective garments, you have 120 days. Exact color matches from order to order an d misuse of garments cannot be guaranteed. For all other items, please call 1-888-618-7576 for return instructions. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice in the box you are returning. Embellished products may not be returned.
